Guest Anonymous
Is a used s14 engine with 96k miles worth 3500.00 Or a metric mechanic that has about 8k miles on it. Its the ST HiFlo 2400 and makes about 210hp with stock everything and cams, but can make much more due to the porting and valves. New MM valves, new crank, custom MM pistons, etc.worth 5900.00. Has anybody heard of a honda s2000 engine in a 2002. Give me some advice on which is a better decision. thanks..
Guest Anonymous
Why would you want to destroy your car with a honda engine. I have a honda. It's a great economy car and easy to work on. I also have a 69 2002bmw. BMW products should stay with BMW. It's a different class of car that has earned that respect in racing and kraftsmanship. Don't get into all this hype about Honda and Vtec. Hopefully BMW will bring back the old M3 4 cylinder for mybe the 2 series. The S2000 has 240Hp but only 153lbs of torque.
Guest Anonymous
If you are buying for a conversion, be sure to get the harness, AFM, and all the breather bits. These parts would add up real fast.
