has a writeup about an S2000 powerplant in a highly modified Triumph Spitfire racer. Higher HP/weight ratio than a stock Viper. Looks quite interesting, but I'll bet it would be tough to fit that motor into a 2002 without serious sheetmetal and exhaust mods.

Very had to get to reliably. Don't know about big block but I remember when the MR2 turbo 1.8 made ~200hp it was a BIG deal. The only other cars putting out that much power per litre were the crazy exotics Porsche, ferrari, Lambo etc.

MR2 also had a very compreble 0-60 (5.5 sec.) time with the Ferrari and was a fraction of the price.

All of this of course was with turbos so I would say 240 for a 2.0 is very cool....torque I dont need no stinking tork!
