if i wanted to convert to an efi system, what are my options. (what is my *easiest* option!) haha. is this the L-jetronic system? which car is it out of? which manifold? are there any advantages to running efi? power? efficiency? smoothness? are crazy things such as supercharging easier to do once efi is in place?

any links??

ok- ive found lots of info by doing archive searches, so with all that info here are my new questions.....

1)if i go with a e30 318 manifold and say the mustang 58mm throttle body, how will the engine compare to say a single weber 45 on a lynx manifold? in terms of power, driveability and efficiency. i have 46mm inlet valves, a 292 cam and a 9.5:1 compression bottom end.

2)the stock computer than came with the l-jettronic system seems to be out of favour.... what are its major disadvantages? can i use it to tide me over till i can afford aftermarket or build a megasquirt?
