Sweaking belts?

OK, so it isn't on the 02, but they are all the same. On my brothers SE-R I'm driving the AC belt sweaks when I start the car and when the AC is running at low RPMs. Is this because the belt is loose or tight? The belt looks to be in good shape. Also it a loud sweaking and it's only below 2000 RPM.

probably. My bro's chrysler had the same problem, and it was

because I didn't tighten the A/C belt enough after changing the

timing belt. snugged it up; no more squeak.
