Guest Anonymous
I really need one for my abandoned 76 car, I purchased at auction. She runs well, but she's a smoker. Let me know with an offer....it looks horribly naked in there right now. Jerry

Guest Anonymous
the round shifter boots came on the early '02's 66-68? and later 1502's '75-'77.
Guest Anonymous
Thanks Al..... Ok, does anyone have one of those? I mean this car has nothing in the interior. I can see straight down the shifter into the ball assembly. I can see crap falling down there and fouling the works up. I also need a console. However, this car literally has the most pristine dash, I've ever seen. Truly concourse quality. It's still supple for pete's sake. The car's too nice to part out, but this is a $400 dash easy....which is more than I paid for the car. Plus redoing interiors is the fun part. Guest Anonymous
the '77 or '78 320i had the same rubber boot with a crinkle texture that matched the shift surround very well. They were available new last year.
Guest Anonymous
URL: http://www.zeebuck.com/02bc/index.htm The rubber accordian type boot was 74, and 75. They went back to that style for e21's, as you mentioned, but 76 02's had the faux leather boot. Al

Guest Anonymous
Bought the car from original owner in '88, and that's what came on the US version. I came across the 320 one with the "texture" and used the original when showing the car. Recently sold it to pick up a '74 tii.
