engine and drivetrain MS Tuning help needed

Hi guys.

I have just finished a NA 2.0 Megasquirt install with EDIS ( its otherwise stock). That all went rather well but i am having issues with the tuning. mainly that i just dont know where to start (or finish for that matter!) with the maps.

Does anyone have a good map for a stock 2.0 that i could start from? I have found heaps for turbo and worked engines all over the internet. I'm after the ve and ign maps mainly but would also be happy with AFR

Any help would be gratefully accepted.

I can send you my current msq when I get home. It's for V1 but I think it'll import it just fine.

I have an msq I can send you from a stock 2.0 using MSII.

Of course you will have to adjust it for your particular injectors and idle control and TPS and stuff but it should help you get started.

Question: Why is megasqurt so confusion when it comes to codes? For example, checkout the below web adress:

Could someone please explain what this 'Code' means. Do I need the "code" to tune with mega tune? It's completely Greek to me lol.

This page gets you to the latest Firmware that resides in the MS2 CPU

Note that you need TunerstudioMS to tune this version

Version 2.891 is the last version that is compatable with Megatune.....
