That is in a fenced area behind the VSE building off Huntington Avenue. There are some other military trailers in there. You can see the Metro in this picture.

One of the best times to venture out. Almost no joggers and bikers. I was pretty much by myself. I left the car sitting under that bridge for about 10 minutes while taking various shots - only one jogger was seen - no cars.

Wanted to drive on the wet grass to get a better shot of the WW bridge.
