so I already have an F.I. m10 sitting waiting to be stuck in my '02, but I was looking around and found that Aardvark sells 32/36 that need rebuilds for $50 and rebuild kits go for $25. My e21 had been swapped to have a 32/36 and other than never having a choke hooked up, I liked it. Question is, do I go ahead and rebuild the carb, and go with that, or use the F.I. engine? Things I need for each

Carb:

-Carb $50

-Rebuild-$25

-Fuel line and pump (maybe) $?

F.I.

-wiring harness $15

-fuel pump from e30 $45 (from scrap yard)

-ECU $45

-Hard line and tank tapped for return $50(ish)

So ultimatly, F.I. will end up costing more and be more hassle, BUT it has benefits, but are they worth it? Also, my original carb was a single barrel that i havn't seen before, any ideas on what it is and if a 32/36 will be able to be used on that manifold?

I think thats what I'll go with. But i'm just gonna drop my whole 1.8 in that runs instead of bothering with swapping over the head/manifold/etc onto the 2.0 that I don't know if it runs

Hey berry, look in the back of my blue car, the ECU for that engine is in the trunk.

I had to have it. I would rather cut a engine harness then my chassis harness.
