Finally got her off the jack stands! We were moving to a new house and I had to get the car on the ground to roll her onto a featherlite for the 1 mile trip over to the new house. It took the better part of 3 evenings/nights to get the suspension buttoned up and the brakes adjusted, but she rolls and stops. The back end needs to come up a bit and I definitely need the camber/toe adjusters welded to the rear subframe, but it looks pretty good. Now onto some welding and a 2.4L engine build. I'm hoping she'll be rocking by spring!

Sorry for the lousy photo!

Hi Mike...Love that stance....Jason G says I need to talk to you about brakes. I recently picked up a '67 2000 that's been sitting for the good part of 20 years. I got it running, but the brakes are obviously shot. Weighing options between rebuilding calipers, replacing with rebuilt from Walloth and Nesch, or trying to fit a 2002tii BBK or Wildwood custom kit.... If it's easier to email me, drop me a line at bjbarbieri@yahoo.com. Nice progress!

Looks good, Mike! I came so close to buying that car and the parts stash, but having followed all the work you've done, I'm happy you bought it. I've always like the NK cars and really wanted to buy the Florida car. Maybe one day I'll find another one I like.... Keep us posted so we can live vicariously through you!

That is sweet. The suspension, TISA wheels, bumper delete(permanent?), & 2.4L(damn) build is hitting all the right notes. Sweetness.

What did you do with the brakes?

Mikem

It is really coming together for you. I just put mine on wheel s and it is sitting kind of high. I need the one dot rubber so it will come down a bit. I love the stance on yours.

looks great Mike!

Thanks
