hello everyone,

so, i broke one of my license plate lights off the back of my car at a carwash, washing five weeks worth of greasy fingerprints off upon returning my car to the road...

and now that i've discovered a "euro" option, i can't help but try to figure out what the difference is, and if i want em! a cursory google image search seems to suggest they mount on the bumper? is this so?

i'll probably stick to the charmingly bulbous original ones, if so, but do people have thoughts? do the euro ones comply with whatever california regulations there are regarding illuminating your license plate?

thanks all!

You can cut the bumper and mount 'em if you are daring. Mine we placed a little closer than the stock euro's since the U.S. plates are more narrow.

I doubt an inspection station would have a comment.
