Guest Anonymous
The rubber drive disk between the tranny and the propshaft broke for the second time in 6 months. After removing what was left of it, I noticed the gap between the two flanges is wider at the top then on the lower half. Could that be the problem? And how do you correct that; it looks like I can only align the propshaft sideways by the middle bearing. Thanks, Hugo
Guest Anonymous
check your motor mounts and see if they are worn causing your motor to tilt down a little in front and your trans to tilt up a little in the back. If your trans mount cross brace (don't know the real name) is bent up it'd do the same. When you put a new one on, use some type of thread locker on the nuts. hope it helps and best of luck, Britt
