You'd have to be close to getting air to have the spring leave the perch enough to rattle. You could always add helper springs if concerned about that. I have never heard "spring rattle", though I hear the spherical bearings in camber plates rattling after not too many miles, particularly at low speeds. Between side exhaust noise, door rattle and all the other noises a track car makes I don't believe I could hear spring rattle even it if it was there. On spring rates, I am using 425 lb up front and 350 lb IT springs (Ireland) in rear with billy sports, hollow IE 22mm bar up front and solid 22mm IE bar in back on a 2000 lb car. Adjustable rear subframe with 2.9 camber in front and 2.1 in rear.
