I recently had a rear muffler plus pipe installed. The muffler shop installed a 2 1/4 pipe, rear muffler (glass pak type) and a chrome tip. I like the sound of the muffler setup -hate to say but it sounded similar to an Alfa Romeo GTV. I'm kinda thinking he let the chrome tip protrude a little farther out then I thought it should look. I know it does not look similar to a big truck with dual flow-masters on it but I wanted to get some thoughts.

My former pipe was the stock bosal and the chrome tip probably protruded an inch or so.

Mine doesn't stick out like yours. Mine is sort of tucked under the bumper, but visible. It is a modified Flowmaster tip. I have a glass pack and a 4" round muffler, 2" tubing.
