Does anybody have the part number for the 1800Ti single diff mount?

I looked on RealOEM and Mobile Tradition and they only show the 2002-style dual mount setup for 1800Ti's - strange. Is it now NLA???

Parts book I have on CD Rom shows page 33/11 item # 6

33 17 3 404 100 Listed under 1802 and 1802to

The picture shows the standard two-hole rear diff mount but it might be shown for all models.

As we know, when a whole page in the parts fiche is NLA it isn't listed in the current software. I've got a few OG parts books though....

The correct part number for that differential mount is 33 17 3 628 116. Sad news is, they are NLA. There are also two previous superseded numbers that may help in the search... 33 17 1 103 842 and 33 17 3 720 120.

Try Walloth&Nesch or the usual La Jolla sources. Might have to check with more of the European sources too.... You might also try contacting BMW Classic directly for some of these seemingly NLA parts. ;)

Neil, does that cross to the long neck diffs as well?? Looks like it's only for the later sideloader diffs.

Tom,

I show that 33173628116 fits everything from 1500 to 2000.

I pulled a 33 17 1 126 951 from the 2000ti I scrapped and it fit perfectly (still had the partsnumber sticker on it!). Logically it should fit long and shortneck.

Since I have a spare , anybody want to try it?

I don't seem to have your email address or shipping address.

Reach me at mcmil at prodigy dot net.

This mount is $72 from Maximilian and I was planning to use it in the mighty ti. This one provided for testing purposes, not for sale.

If you want to keep it, you can send me $72 (I take PayPal) or send me a replacement.
