Well pretty excited to have it home. Now for the rebuild in a small apartment garage. I manage to squeeze 2 cars into a 1 car garage. If anyone wants to come over and give advice, I'm up for it. Ross, bring lunch.

Drove mine to sorento half way to Yalaha this afternoon, the car behave beautifully, ran fantastic and handle absolutely wonderful. Aargh, love bugs, even as cool as today is, so clean, clean, clean the 02 again.

Hey between the two of us we can do your windshield. I've done three so far.

Ready to order the seals and get some glass in. I'm sure I will raise a few eyebrows but, I'm going to shadowline the window chrome. With the windows tinted, it will be a clean look.

Love bugs are a pain. I own a car wash to me they're like flying quarters - if you have any dryer sheets (fabric softener sheets you throw in the dryer ) soak them in water and rub over the bugs they come right off- works better than a lot of commercial products and is easy on the paint just my .02

I'm south of Orlando by a couple of hours I have family in titusville so that event would be nice I can't believe there are no members on the treasure coast I know of only one other board member that I think lives in vero. A meet on the treasure coast would work well its halfway between Orlando and Miami

I'm up for any get togethers, road trips and any other opps to drink and tell a few lies. Haven't had an '02 since 1982 and I'm looking forward to driving this one like I stole it!

and for your quarter Windows bav-auto has the best price by far and they are BMW seals

Thanks for asking. I've made a few runs in it. Working on the interior and trim. I think I'm going to high buff the vavle cover. We have some meets planned. Hope to see you there.
