My 76 is finally a shell. No suspension, no wiring, no nuthin. Now I have to get it on the back of a flatbed. How many friends should I recruit to carry it???

HOw strong are your friends? NO interior, no glass? No engine nothing? My Friend and I put my Neue Klasse BMW 1800 onto a flatbed one end at a time, but It was a bare shell with the doors off.

Yup, she's just sheet metal. Trunk and doors still attached though. I'll take those off and that should shave a couple of pounds.

4 guys??

Mlytle and I just cut up a 74 last weekend. The rear end is heavier than you think with the added reinforcements that the Round light cars didn't have.

One person can lift the front end (without the doors, hood and glass). I'd say (3) strong guys can lift a bare shell.

There's no reason to risk getting a hernia over an old car.
