WTB new CV joints

Does anyone know where I can buy new inner and outer CV joints for a 2002? Everyone just seems to sell the boot kit, but nothing else.

Remanufactured ones are available thru the dealerships. A little pricy at $359 and up, depending on the dealership. Might try some of the sources like Ireland Engineering or Aardvarc.

Mesa Performance sends them out for rebuild at $100 each halfshaft, pretty affordable.

Cv unlimited in S.C. did mine after I broke a bearing cage trying to take them apart.I followed the manual broke the second one I tryed to take apart.According to a couple weeks worth of searching every site I could find they are NLA.I was told By Jim at Ireland that they never wear out and that no one stocks them anymore because hardley anyone buys them."because they don't wear out " However if the boot cracked and you lost all the grease it will wear out - fly apart - weld together or turn into a reciprocating mass of junk.Blunt-Bav - bunches of the desert guys that sell cv's all said NLA. Only place is to luck out like I did and find some one who had some .The guy at Ultimate Garages had 4 I bought 1. That leaves 3.

The boxes got wet and they have rust on them.He sold me one for 75.00.

I got the cage out of it and sent it along with my half shafts to CV Unlimited and they rebuilt them for 100.00 each new boots- bands - grease and shipped them back to me in a week.Call them first.Not all of the cv places want to mess with these as I found that out too. Call the guys Ireland and ask them whats up if you care too they will shoot you straight.
