Guest Anonymous
i am considering getting a set of ram flow for my car (dual 40 dcoe's). i am wondering if someone can give me the diameter dimensions of the 2 holes in the base plate, also, do you all feel that they are duralbe filters. foam filters are notorious for haveing poor durability, not to menition coming apart, and catching on fire! does they allow the use of air horns (i know they would have to be short ones if so) any other suggestions for filters? Guest Anonymous
on the olde DCOEs the air horns hold the venturis in place. In the newer ones have a bolt on the buttom. The RamFlo filters are durible and the foam supplied is fire resistant. You can runthe filters without the horns and not loose any power. The filters for the DCOE40 have provisions to hold the venturis in place. steve k.
