I noticed that the pin on the bottom hinge, "drivers door", is starting to come out the bottom. Can I pound it back up, or is there some special procedure?

sized drift and hammer. But they're in pretty tight, so the fact that yours is coming out indicates a lot of wear. Not sure if the pin is available as a spare part, but you could probably find something that would fit.
