Does anyone have any tips or tricks for unplugging all the cables from the back of the fuse box and making sure they go back in the same spot?

Thanks

No real tips. If unmolested, the bottom of the box should have a color label with all the fuse/wire terminals. (Uncle cd has posted here many times a diagram of the label). If not, you can always make a diagram as you disassemble.

The only caveat (I can think of) for assembly is to clean and slightly crimp the terminals before assembly. Work from one end of the box to the other. I found out that metal etching fluid (like POR's Metal Ready) works really well in cleaning up the wire terminals--especially the fuse holders in the box.
