Slave Cylinder Seals

Recommended Posts

Hi, can anyone give me a quick answer on if this is the correct way around for my slave cylinder seal? I took of the old one without paying attention to which way around it sat, like an idiot :S

To the right on this picture is the pushrod end and to the left the spring end

The cup points toward the end with the hydraulic fluid otherwise the fluid pressure would just push the fluid out onto the ground. Same concept as a brake cylinder or any hydraulics.

A radiator shop is a good place to take a leak.

I have no idea what I'm doing but I know I'm really good at it.
