Guest Anonymous
On my 73 02 I have a big brake conversion, the rotors are not vented and I think the brakes came off a 320i. I bought the car with it wearing 13" steel wheels from 74-76 02's. I put on some 14 bottlecaps and it runs fine - now with 13" alloys it looks like there is a clearance problem between the caliper and the inner rim of the alloy. Has anyone grinded the calipers for alloys to fit ? any suggestions are most appreicated - Thanks David
Guest Anonymous
Just be sure not to grind too far into the caliper or you're screwed. Go slow, you can always take more off. Byron 76 02 inka
