Let's see some pics of some home made fabrication. I have a new radiator but I want of these for the hot weather. Did you make yours out of a water bottle or from a F-100 coolant tank from pick u pull.

the overflow when the system gets hot? If you want a true closed system then you will need a cap that has a vacuum valve in addition to a pressure valve. The vacuum valve will allow the overflow coolant to be drawn back into the system when it cools down which creates a vacuum in the cooling system and allows the radiator to stay full. You can usually buy the bottle, cap, and tubing for fairly cheap at most parts stores. If you go with parts pulled from a yard just make sure that the cap is the same pressure as the original pressure cap.
