Thanks Tom, I had a strange feeling you might be the one who had something in their archives. In particular I wanted to see the airbox, but it was very interesting to see it open. I'm suprised by how close to the edge the face of those trumpets is. Wouldn't that restrict the airflow going in?

Nope, no turbo... though it looks like there's a restriction there; apparently the hp numbers tell otherwise.

is that a turbo setup? Might be, that it's not much restricting the airflow when there's pressure in it.

But it does look strange/funnny.

It looks like that is the ducting to the cold air intake (seems to follow the same route as the Alpina A4 system). You can see the airbox cover on the windshield.
