SOLD! SLC, Utah $350 72 parts car. EFI, 5-spd, rear battery

OBO. Moving for school and selling the parts car. Front and back are totaled, but lots of good bits in the car. Car is currently parked at my parents' house, so ask any specific questions and I can check this weekend. The main goal here is to get rid of it, so I'd rather not part out.

The good:

- Engine (I think from 318i) fired right up (even with really old gas in it). Car was started every couple months or so until the battery died this winter. Haven't started it since.

- 5 Speed

- Electronic fuel injection. Not sure of setup, brand, etc.

- Rear battery relocation (no brace, just battery holder in trunk)

- All glass good

- Some good body panels (roof, doors, hood). Though the paint is very rough.

- Interior door panels have been removed and (poorly) dyed black, but I will throw these in with the car. "Chrome" is chipping, but no speaker holes

- Rear seat (blue) was in decent shape before I filled up the back seat with other spare parts. I'll throw in my stock black back seat in good shape as well.

- Tires (on steelies) were almost brand new when I got the car, but it has been sitting unmoved for at least a year.

- Bonus box of random parts that came with it. Haven't sorted through it, but it looks like maybe headlights, some exterior stuff (?)

The bad:

- Front and rear are totaled (including bumpers, grills, etc)

- Clutch is shot

- Dash is destroyed

- Interior is generally dirty and kind of gross

I have already stolen:

- BMC, brake lines

- blinker switch, hazard switch, center console (though i can dig this up if you want it)

Before I took the brake components, I drove the car 30 miles to its current home. I kept meaning to swap out the 5-speed, but never got around to using the car for much. Reply here or email to my username @gmail.com. Thanks!

EDIT: After rereading the ad, I don't want anyone to get the impression this is a pristine car that happened to get in a wreck. The engine swap (while running strong) has some seemingly shoddy workmanship (zip ties holding the air intake, electrical tape used for some of the EFI bits). Still tons of good use, but this car was definitely a budget driver not a garage queen. Thanks!

Update! Price drop and more pictures... $350.

Took some pictures today. The panels I listed as good actually have quite a bit of surface rust on them that developed without me noticing over the years. Fuel injection system looks to be from the stock 318i setup. I have most of the interior parts although they are removed in the pictures.

I would hate to see this end up at the crusher. Make an offer! Price is flexible, especially for local 2002 projects. Not willing to part out at this stage, looking to get rid of the whole thing.

Thanks!

@FunElan - No final decisions yet, but it's looking like UCLA to study patent law. On the one hand, I have to sell a bunch of stuff to live in LA, on the other hand it was SNOWING in Utah yesterday after I took these pictures! Maybe with time I will ship the '02 down as a second car for meetups in your neck of the woods

@Patrick - I will keep you posted, thanks! Still have a month or two until "crunch time" (pun intended).
