Rear subframe and driveshaft install question

I am about to put the rebuilt rear subframe back in and was wondering if I should attached the driveshaft at the diff. and slide the whole thing under or leave the driveshaft off? It seems a lot easier to attach it while out.

Thanks in advance

leave it off. do not tighten the diff on the subframe until the driveshaft is attached and center bearing is in place. It is not hard to attach the driveshaft to the diff when in place, just takes a little maneuvering.

Gear wrenches are you best good friend when tightening those bolts at the differential to the driveshaft. Good for getting the bolts most of the way tight, then finish with the wrench of your choice.
