Can I bypass (eliminate) the black/white magnetic valves?

-any serious consequences by doing so

Would like route vacuum advance from distributor

to manifold vacuum, where the white magnetic valve

is currently routed to manifold vacuum.

Also, would like to eliminate dash pot, on Carb.

-any serious consequences

Yes, I am eliminating smog/emissions.

No negative if you are desmoging the motor. Just make sure you use the nipple on the manifold, not the carb, to go to the distributor.. If its a late car, here is my experience with harness..

As a rule of thumb, vacuum advances use ported vacuum. Thats the port that is above the throttle plate on the carb. It only comes on when the throttle is open. If you use manifold vacuum your timing will be advanced during idle resulting in driveability issues and a crappy idle.
