I will be flying in and driving my new car to Canada where I will then put it on the train home.

Car is highly modified (which is a cause for concern) as it cannot be fixed with regular 2002 bits (CR Tranny for example and Alpina Injection).

What parts would you bring keeping in mind I am flying in and am fortunate enought to have contact info for 2002 safe houses about every 150 miles or so.

I was thinking spare set of injection lines, some fuel hose, a tii fuel pump not k-fischer, voltage regulator and spare guibo.

And my trust Husky 104 piece tool kit.

...get a hydraulic scissors jack from a Wal-Mart once you get there (about $15). Don't trust the stock jack on the rockers, even if they look good. The scissors jack can slip under the frame rails or rear subframe, and mine came in a handy plastic case to keep in the trunk.

otherwise security inspectors will inherit a nice tool set! And have a spare set of keys made soon as you pick up the car. Good luck on your trip; try and stop in Dayton if you can..

Cheers
