If flat black with black wheels works for other cars....

I'm a fan!

Nothing beats a classic hot rod painted in traditional Wanda, http://www.streetrodderweb.com/tech/1009sr_nostalgic_hot_rod_primer/index.html

or John Deere Blitz Black (tractor paint). I also enjoy the annual Big Daddy Don Garlits No Billet Show, at his Musuem in Ocala Florida. Way cool. http://rides.webshots.com/album/570631369nwkayO?start=0

Nice to see positive comments (thus far) on the paint job - you should see the flood of negative comments from the billet crowd, every time someone brings up the subject in the hot rod/street rod forums. My '53 Dodge was no billet primer for 10 years, before I finally painted it last summer. I still question whether I did the right thing.

Very cool car, AceAndrew.
