Long-winded question.

I am trying to decide if I should buy ST or H&R springs to go along with the ST swaybars and Bilstein HDs. Car will be mostly pleasure driving, might do some autocross way down the road, but that is not in the near future. My car still sits high in the front end, even though the spacers were removed before I bought the car. I don’t know if this is because the rear springs are sagging, or if the PO had previously changed the springs in the back. Does anyone know where to measure in the front and back, and what the measurements should be for the standard ride height? If anyone can help, I can make a more educated guess about which springs to use. (ie. H&R will drop the car more than the ST). The back is pretty low and I am not sure if I want to go much lower.

Thanks for the input.
