Comp Cam spec sheet help

I have an e12 head (rebuilt with only 50mi on it) with the intake port & polished. It also came with a reground cam from Comp Cams; however, I don't know how to read the cam spec sheet.

Can anyone help me out with a translation? Is this cam comparable to a 292, 300, etc? Thanks in advance.

BTW: it's not installed.

Actually, if it's REALLY gross valve lift, and not cam lift, then it's a lot less than a 284.

But measure it. If the cam lift (lobe height -base height) comes in around 7mm,

though, it's about a 284. With a bit rougher idle, since the LSA is a skosh higher

(lobe separation angle).

To me, it looks like a gentle nudge beyond the stock cam.

Unless it really only has 7mm of valve lift, and then it looks like a

stick.

But yes, call comp cams, they know their cheeseburgers.

Just thought I'd update. I got in touch with Comp Cams, and Im still confused. This is what I was told:

"The specs on the card are accurate and that serial number is given at the top of that card. Your duration @ .050 is 199/199 with a 112 degree LSA"

If I do end up using this head, my setup from the current stock E21 head will be utilized: Single 45 DCOE w Lynx manifold, Tii Dizzy, Crane XR700, and IE shorty header.
