I have a Motometer oil pressure gauge (in bars) that would fit in the Motometer Tii clock location.. I was thinking of scoring a late Tii clock ring (tehehe) and cutting into my 99.9% crack free dash.. would it be a tasteful and smart way of adding an oil pressure gauge?

On the survey above, vote to urge me on, or vote to kill the idea, before I make a big mistake..

Thanks!

i made a bezel for a vac gauge i put in my 'crack free' dash...i a threaded pvc water line fitting...it happened to be the right size for the gauge to sit in and the threads fit perfectly in the factory cut out for the clock...i just painted it to match the dash

if it's 99 percent crack free, it's 1 % crack- and that's enough for me!

Thing is, the dash tray is a great place for gauges.

The console is not even a great place for the radio...

imho. Altho those consoles do look nice, you can't see

the gauges with a full- face helmet on...

That's why I was thinking that outside the tach, oil pressure may be next best thing on the priority list, and having it more visible could be a good thing..

Besides, I don't care about the time. I'm usually in my 2002 to waste it!
