Pre 74 black 4 light front grilles

Saw a pix of a 69 grupe 2 with black 4 headlight front grilles. Was this an Alpina or race only option?

I believe they are Alpina, but I could be wrong. I just saw one set just sell on Ebay Germany for 302 euros. About 412 dollars.

If you go to Cahsel's site, select "Spares" then "Tuning", then head to the last page. No prices, but apparently he has them.

I've heard before that Alpina had them, but there were "aftermarket" options, Hella or Bosch (or both?). Jaymic in the UK used to offer them back in the day.

Note, the ones shown on Cahsel's site are for '74-'76 '02s.

The grills are one thing, getting the twin buckets to fit are another.

I have a set of e21 headlights that are very nice that the PO included with the grills. Nice Hellas! We shall see how they turn out.

Cahsels as I recall are pretty pricey Dave, I think I inquired and they were over 250 euros.

I like the look of the 74 and later o2's with the 4 headlights. Has a more aggressive look about it
