Not terribly difficult. If you can do a little tack welding it's pretty simple. I used some sheet metal panel with thin bar stock reinforcment behind it , with some ears to mount it to the same location as the ashtray did. Wire it like a harness with connectors for the entire install so there is enough wire to pull it all out and disconnect. For my '76 there is just enough wire for the hazard flasher to be relocated to the left side of the steering wheel surround -with a little modification. The thing hanging down under the steering column is the choke lever, since it was originally (plunger type) in the hole where I moved the hazard switch to. I used a heavy duty mountain bike derailer lever to actuate the choke. Works well.
