I love the look of the tread patterns on the early Pirelli tires many of our cars came with. Mine still has the 13" spare with this tread pattern. Can you still buy tires with this same tread pattern in a 205/50/15?

which pirelli do you have?...

there are dealers of early/vintage rubber, yet new tires....

Coker is one......Lucas is another.

Pirelli Cinturato ® and CN36 (L)

As I recall, the CN36 was available in 70 series, so that may exclude it from the 2002's oem standard.

My '69 2002 (#1666747) came to me in 1972 with its second set of tires -- Pirelli Cinturatos - 165R-13 - the recommended size for the 2002.

My '74 2002 (#4225509) came to me right off the showroom floor with Michelin XAS 165R-13s. Other 2002s from that era came with 165R-13 Continentals, Euro-Uniroyals and possibly Semperit or even Dunlop.

The 13" size does not appear to be available from Lucas.
