Suggestions for a good 3 arm puller... local preferred

I have a rear hub that simply won't come off... broke 2 harbor freight pullers, used plenty of heat and penetrant and it hasn't moved a mm (other side was pretty seized too, but nowhere near as bad). Long story short, I need a nice 3 arm puller. Any suggestions?

I was thinking about getting a Snap-On until I saw they're $200+ for the tool I need. $100 or so wouldn't kill me, but $200 is a bit out of my league at the moment. I'm also hoping to get it by no later than Thursday. Oh, and if anyone local happens to have one, you're definitely welcome and encouraged to come on by and lend a hand... celebratory beer and food is on me.

I should add that this hub is likely the only thing between me and taking my '75 to Woodley... first time on the road in over a year and I'm really hoping I can make it happen. Any help would be very much appreciated!

I used a chunk of steel and a couple bolts threaded into my bolt holes and a big diameter something threaded down the middle and made my own. It was an e30 application, but similar. Been 2 years and my brain is a bit fuzzy. The car has been driving well ever since so I must have done the job OK.
