Shifter rebuild part numbers.

Sorry, I wouldn't be asking this if I didn't already order a bunch of bushings/joints that didn't fit on my car. I just looked at realoem again (and searched), but none of the diagrams seem to list the part numbers for what I need. Looking for the following bushings, plus any others that you would think I need. Thanks and another sorry, just because I'm a doofus.

I would say a pre '74. They use a different shift linkage from the later cars--your picture shows the older style "fork and blade" arrangement with a set screw-held pin holding fork and blade together. You'll need the parts for that setup. Later cars use a tube ending in a single peg; the shift lever base fits over the peg.

Read the realoem parts listing again and match up the picture in the listing with the parts you have--and look for "these parts fit VINs to." Those VINs should be 166-167xxxx, 257/258/259xxxx.

I'll bet someone on the board with a squarelight would be interested in the parts that didn't fit your car...
