looking for high temp clear coat that wont turn yellow

I would suggest just leaving the surface raw blasted--the glass beads sort of seal the metal anyway. I have used many clear coats (Ditzler (PPG), Dupont, etc.) on my valve covers etc. and ALL of them eventually yellowed. Don't know if the new waterborne finishes are any different. I am not a fan of POR-15 products.

had my my Tii plenum bead blasted and would like to apply clear coat next. was wondering if there is a high temp clear coat out there to use that doesnt turn yellow over time. NE1? thanks for the help.

If you do paint it, I won't be responsible for the install in your car.

Nice. the clear coat I sprayed on your car looked nice so I thought to give it a try. Anyway..also found this that we'll try. :)
