different as night and day and both are fun to drive. The 02 has been by daily driver for almost 2 yrs now. The B, I just got back on the road after 3 yrs in the garage getting new floors, paint, interior etc. Took her out with the Nashville BCC for a drive today.

Nice pair! ;)

My father did me the kind gesture of purchasing a 1974 B-GT as my first car. British Racing Green, no overdrive, twin sidedraught webers...and hotter than heck in the summer time. I learned A LOT about cars as a result, learned how to be a very safe driver, and got bit by the car bug. Sold it when the body gave up the ghost.

I miss it dearly, and will own another some day. But not until I get a degree in bodywork and bondo.

I loved the clutch in that car, I'm sure the early B's were similar, like a tractor with a few feet of travel. Made learning a stick a good time.

Keep driving both!

Cheers,

Ian
