Air cleaner lid gasket

Hello fellow 02 faithful...

Im on the hunt for the rubber seal that sits inside the air cleaner lid for my 69 2000. Its the same on all single barrel carb cars - NK or 02. Its NLA from BMW, p/n 13 71 1 250 111, anyone have one thier willing to part with, or have an idea on a replacement? the one in my air cleaner is crumbling.

You might try looking for a used lid with an intact gasket rather then just the gasket itself.

i just went to home depot and picked up some weather striping that was the same diameter. works fine unless you are a purist.
