tii fan v-belt issue

hi.

i want to install a new fan belt onto my 73tii and am having a hard time figuring out a few things given my semi-poor photo as guidance.

1 - am i missing a pulley from the fan/water pump?

2 - what belt should i get (i am told that gates 7380 should work), however, it seems to be too long.

How many pulleys should i have?

Hey, but then it sticks out too much and the belt will not align with the other two (crank and alternator). suggestions?

do you have a pic of the pulley? i bet its inverted so then maybe it will work for me...

nose. If you have your original owner's manual it will actually give you the width and length in millimeters of the fan belt for both non a/c and a/c equipped cars. If you do not have the pulley I have several in excellent condition.
