Why not just paint the rear drums to look like disks? You know, make a stencil out of cardboard, spray the drum silver first and then use the stencil with black paint to create the 'look' of a disk...

It would be far easier and cheaper to buy a can (or just steal a can) of spray paint and write "I'm a cheese hole" on the sides, hood, roof, deck and bumpers. For an extra few bucks one could upgrade that look with a Playboy air freshener hanging from the rear view mirror.
