DCOE 40 Setup on a 76 ...Bavaria Fuel pump?

I want the easiest and most reliable setup for the car....so I am thinking a mechanical fuel pump will be the way to go. I have heard that the stock pump will work...I also see that the Bavaria pump will bolt on. I have a Weber 38/38 on the car now and it runs great right up to redline....so will the stock fuel pump work?

I've known several people who used the Bavaria/coupe pump and it indeed bolts up and works well for the dual webers (it flows more).

I'll have a spare one as soon as I find enough L-jet parts to convert my Bavaria over ; )

So how do you plan on getting that '76 past the California Smog naz!'s anyhow? Got an address in a non smog county? Like where you only have to smog a car upon transfer of title... ;-shhhh

BTW my Bav fuel pump has been serving my Red since it was installed USED in '88 for over 200K miles and just keeps going and going......

Bavaria fuel pump, as in one that's from a 2.8 or 3.0 engine, like on a 3.0CS coupe or a Bavaria. You can source one from me next week assuming my fuel injection parts arrive in time, or find anyone else that has a spare to sell.
