Pedal Box rebuild parts?

Was reading this FAQ post and wanted to know where exactly I could find all the springs and bushings needed for $35! I went to BMW Mobile Tradition Online and the cart rang up to about $78 including shipping. Any references on where to get all the parts needed?? Also looking for the sound absorber that goes over the pedal box (which was 30 bucks on Mobile Tradition online!).

that goes onto the outside of the pedal box you might want to delete it as it holds water & promotes rusting.
