  2. Just a brief reminder for the German Car Festival in North Van this weekend. For those planning to attend, we could meet up at the Park and Telford Starbuck's....say 9:00am and arrive as a group otherwise hope to see ya there! Hopefully we will see a good turnout. Gates open at 9:30

    The Jellybean AutoCrafters Canada d'Eh Celebration and Car Show takes place at the Historic Langley Speedway. This event is a celebration of Canada therefore there are no trophies, no registration or fee, so come out and have a great time & celebrate how special Canada is with a bunch of Car Crazy People and see some very cool rides, enjoy the live music, while taking in this historic site at the same time. Live Band Food Trucks Typically there are 300 - 350 vehicles, last year there were 550. Gate opens at 8:30 AM Enter at the South end of 208th Avenue, just past 16th Street, in Langley BC. Show is from 10 AM - 3:30 PM ish Open to all specialty vehicles. We'll take one parade lap of the track before parking in the old "Pit Area", located in the center of the track.   7. The Pacific Northwest Historics is a volunteer-driven event sanctioned by SOVREN (Society of Vintage Racing Enthusiasts) Race Club. This event is all about the spectators, car owners, drivers and crews having the most amount of fun possible. The Pacific Northwest Historics is one of the most popular vintage races on the West Coast, drawing competitors from most western states. In past years, drivers have traveled from as far as Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand and Europe. Racing will be held on Friday, July 5th, Saturday, July 6th, and Sunday July 7th. Car corrals, special car displays, a vendors row and more are also featured each day. There will be a couple of Lower Mainland cars making the trip next weekend, meeting up with a few of the Seattle area owners for a weekend get together, If interested in coming along we have reserved a couple of rooms near the track, please contact @PaulTWinterton for those details.     Greater Vancouver Cars and Coffee returns to the Coquitlam location at 1988 United Boulevard in Coquitlam for morning coffee, eats, and our favorite... CARS! Meet starts at 730 and ends at 11 am.

    8th Annual German Car Festival @ Waterfront Park Jul 21 @ 10:00 am – 3:00 pm 2019 German Car Festival July 21 @ Waterfront Park in North Van GATES OPEN AT 9:30AM, if you get there early, please wait until directed into the park. This event is a fund raiser and a co-operated event with the Porsche, Audi, Mercedes and BMW clubs. Join other German car enthusiasts for a day of schmoozing, photo ops and fun in a beautiful setting, on the waterfront of North Vancouver. Maybe you can win a door prize! Typical attendance of more than 150 German cars from all over, some from the USA, some from other parts of Canada and some local. Some are daily drivers and some are classic museum pieces. There is no sign up or preregistration for this event – Show up at the gate and pay CASH ONLY $10 per vehicle or motorcycle to display in the park (sorry no credit or debit cards accepted) and please remember to bring a generious supply of non perishable grocery items for the “Harvest Project” food bank. The “Harvest Project” a non-profit organization located in North Vancouver BC which helps families through difficult times providing grocery, clothing support, client-care coaching and counsel. Their motto is “Extending a Hand Up – Not a Hand Out” With a co-operated support from the BMW, Audi, Mercedes and Porsche clubs of BC all net proceeds and grocery items are donated to the Harvest Project.
