Good timing😀. I am about to figure out what to do with my wiper motor assembly. Mice have chewed the motor cover, rods are corroded. Motor wires look well worn. Should I replace or restore?

Restore the linkage. Covers are available through Walloth Nesch, Blunt or bimmer.com.

Can anyone explain how the motor is controlled by the five wires? I was thinking, is it getting different voltages for the different wiper speeds?
