With the hurricane looming in South Carolina .... I’m feeling quite anxious and concerned for TESORO being at the BMWCCA Foundation Museum! 1f62c.png😬 But I’ve been assured that the Foundation is taking extra steps to make sure all vehicles are protected and safe! 1f91e.png🤞Hoping for the best outcome to the Carolinas! 1f64f.png

What kind of insurance does the foundation have for folks who have their vehicles on display?  Did they provide you with a form to fill out?  Just curious.

I think Greer SC should be both far enough away from the coast (for winds to die down) and also outside of any flood risk areas. Hopefully will be fine! I want to go see the exhibit later this Fall.

Great question, Jim.  Would be completely irresponsible of them to NOT.  Its 'enough' to have all these be required to ship their cars to this event on their own nickel and then not have them insured to the 12's (whether it be flood, fire, or hurricane...).

Thank you, but I'm in CA... Tesoro is the one braving it in SC...  😉

Since Scott Hughes has at least one car on display, I'm betting the Foundation has proper coverage.  I see what appears to be Chris Williams' Roundie next to Lisa's car in her picture.  NCC member Dave Roach has his Inka 73 "Molly" also there.
