Decided to strip my black 74 window wipers.
I built a quick/ temporary console for a radio. I used leftover fabric from rear window shelf. I will eventually cover the wood face with vinyl and add a spot for hazard and maybe clock.
I also built a DIY vintage roof rack.
I used the quick and easy brackets that I got off of craigslist. And then added the wood with some conduit brackets.
First off I bought my first 2002 in June of this year. The head gasket blew and so I had to replace the gasket. The FAQ helped me out a lot since this is my first mechanical project where Im going to do as much work as I can. I had the head machined and the valves done when I replaced the gasket. I have been driving it on and off for a about a month.
