#2 Agave 74

Decided to strip my black 74 window wipers. I built a quick/ temporary console for a radio. I used leftover fabric from rear window shelf. I will eventually cover the wood face with vinyl and add a spot for hazard and maybe clock. I also built a DIY vintage roof rack. I used the quick and easy brackets that I got off of craigslist. And then added the wood with some conduit brackets.

#1 Agave 74

First off I bought my first 2002 in June of this year. The head gasket blew and so I had to replace the gasket. The FAQ helped me out a lot since this is my first mechanical project where Im going to do as much work as I can. I had the head machined and the valves done when I replaced the gasket. I have been driving it on and off for a about a month. Start with an artsy shot After the head gasket I have been doing small things to the car My Heater Valve was not connected to the control cable. So I took it out to look at it and the inside wouldnt swivel so I temporarily replaced it with this 20$ plastic one. The door wouldn't close smoothly and line up with the body. I ordered this cheap part Door stop thing Fixed the problem. I replaced the recaro straps with some from ardvark I also had some foam from a camping mat that I added. The indicators weren't working so I pulled out the wiring diagram and tried to follow the wires and found the flasher with one wire unhooked. There are four slots in the white plastic plug I tried each one til one worked. Im not sure what the other slot if for. All the stuff removed from the car.
