a refund when buying outside of ebay, from an individual is 50/50, hit or miss, your word against his...as big of a risk of not getting a refund is the same as the risk of not getting the part from DenverTii

 

as long as he can provide paypal a tracking number in the dispute, he holds the better hand...whether he sent you a front strut or a box of rocks is irrelevant, he sent a package and has a tracking # to prove it to paypal...

 

the only real victory against someone like Bryce Veller in Denver is to not do business with him...don't get sucked in by all the pretty pictures & charming talk

Also, if you start a claim via paypal, he will likely not respond to it at all and you will win by default. They take a seller's refusal to acknowledge the claim as guilt.

 

He usually just gets people on the hook up front, and then never takes action on anything after that, so very likely you will have no issues getting your money back like you deserve.
